Honor Community Health is a 501c3 Federally Qualified Health Center co-located within 20 locations. Our mission is to provide for the health and wellness needs of the underserved of Oakland County through the provision of comprehensive, integrated primary, behavioral health, and dental care. Position Description
The full-time, non-exempt Clinical Receptionist reports to the Program Manager. The Clinical Receptionist plays a crucial role in the high-performing dental care team at Honor Community Health, serving as the primary point of contact for patients during their visits. Works collaboratively to create and maintain a culture of excellence and dedication to providing compassionate and high-quality dental care to all.* Please note: candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays, as the office operates 7 days a week, 362 days a year.
What are we looking for?
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 6+ months of experience in customer service or clinical receptionist is required.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Strong computer skills utilizing
- Electronic health records (NextGen preferred)
- Microsoft office
- A compassionate and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to create an excellent patient experience
